Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and when you see an item that you wish to purchase, click "Add to Basket" or ''+'' to put it in your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete your order (see Privacy Policy for more information about how we safeguard your privacy).

We accept payment by PayPal and Ideal.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree or have any questions about any aspect of these contact us before placing an order.

These terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by Dutch law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This web site and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the Netherlands and under NL law. Whilst we are happy to consider orders and queries from outside the Netherlands, we give no express or implied warranty that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the NL complies with any applicable non-NL laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Confirmation Of Your Order

A contract will exists between us once we have emailed you at the email address given us that your order is accepted. The contract is considered to have been formed and the confirmation deemed to have been given to you as soon as you are able to access the message, whether or not you actually receive that message. We are entitled to refuse any order you place without giving a reason.

Your Right To Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancelled items must be returned to us in the manner set out in our Returns Policy and must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Shipping And Handling

We'll ship your order right away if we have stock.

Purchases for delivery in the NL or mainland Europe will normally be delivered to you within 28 days of placing your order. For other destinations, times may vary. When your order is despatched we will advise by telephone or email.

Deliveries will usually be made by TNT post, DHL or a courier service.

NL Delivery

All goods are carefully packed and shipped as soon as they are available to fulfill your order. Post and Packing charges depend on the total weight of the items ordered.

Overseas Delivery and Europe

Overseas, Europe shipping is charged at cost and may vary from any calculated shipping charges shown online and in automated emails confirming your order. We will confirm costs when we send you notification of acceptance of your order. Delivery times may vary, please allow 2-3 weeks.

VAT applies to shipments to NL and other European Union destinations.

For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

Delivery Schedule
Please note that all products and services, including those "on offer", are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. In case of long delays or unavailability, you will always be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We always endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information provided but, inevitably, there is the possibility of us being 'Out of Stock'. We continue to list those products that we can re-order. For some products, we buy many months in advance and cannot re-order in which case we endeavour to remove from sale as soon as we are out of stock.

Occasionally manufacturers make changes to products so they may differ slightly from the photographs and descriptions shown on this web site.

While colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system you use.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by the law and except in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of Tunwill's, its directors or employees,Tunwill's shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever(whether caused by negligence on the part of Tunwill's, its directors, employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relations to the products ordered by you, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of press and are quoted in Euro's., Pounds or Dollars sterling.

NL Tax (VAT) is included in item prices where appropriate and this is noted for your information next to the item details. Where VAT applies it will be added to your order for orders delivered within the European Union.

For orders placed for delivery outside the Netherlands, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country are your responsibility to settle. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.

All goods remain the property of Tunwill's until paid for in full. Our on-line receipt & e-mail Order acknowledgement do not signify acceptance of your order. We will check availability, pricing and your payment prior to acceptance and dispatch.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. All of your purchases come with a 30 day, no quibble guarantee.

If, for any reason at all, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase return it to the address below within 30 days of the date of dispatch, with your receipt, with its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price you paid. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
